Cross-Border Cybercrime Cooperation
Cybercriminals and state-sponsored actors do not respect national borders — and effective cyber defense increasingly requires the ability to pursue, investigate, and prosecute threats across jurisdictions. SNSF's Cross-Border Cybercrime Cooperation service supports the Government of Somalia in building the bilateral and multilateral frameworks, technical partnerships, and operational relationships needed to investigate cybercrime that originates or terminates beyond national boundaries. We facilitate coordination between Somali law enforcement and intelligence agencies and their counterparts in partner nations, regional bodies including the African Union and IGAD, and international organizations
